Refund Policy

REFUND AND FINAL SALE POLICY

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

All purchases from The White Door Bridal are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, merchandise credits, or transfers except where required by applicable law.

This policy applies to all purchases made in the boutique, through our website, by telephone, through an invoice or payment link, and through any other sales channel.

MADE-TO-ORDER GOWNS AND ACCESSORIES

All made-to-order gowns, veils, accessories, customizations, special orders, rush orders, and related deposits or payments are final and nonrefundable.

Made-to-order merchandise is ordered specifically for the purchaser based on the designer, style, size, color, fabric, customizations, and other selections approved at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged once submitted to the designer.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before completing the purchase. Bridal sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizing, and alterations are typically necessary to achieve the desired fit. Changes in measurements, wedding plans, personal circumstances, preferences, or anticipated alteration costs do not qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

SAMPLE AND OFF-THE-RACK GOWNS

All boutique samples, sample-sale merchandise, and off-the-rack items are sold as-is and are final sale.

Sample gowns may have been tried on, handled, displayed, transported, professionally cleaned, or previously altered. They may show normal signs of wear, including minor marks, loose threads, missing or loose embellishments, pulls, discoloration, stretched fabric, or other imperfections consistent with sample use.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the item’s condition, measurements, photographs, and description before purchasing. Cleaning, repairs, restoration, and alterations are the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the sale.

BRIDAL RESALE

All previously owned and bridal resale merchandise is sold as-is and is final sale.

Resale items may have been worn, altered, cleaned, preserved, stored, or repaired by a previous owner. The White Door Bridal makes reasonable efforts to describe each item accurately and disclose known alterations or condition issues. However, normal wear, minor imperfections, prior alterations, fabric aging, and variations not materially affecting the item’s overall appearance may be present.

Fit is not guaranteed. Listed sizes and measurements are provided for reference and may be based on designer sizing, seller-provided information, or measurements taken by The White Door Bridal. Returns will not be accepted because of fit, sizing differences, alteration needs, color expectations, change of mind, or a change in wedding plans.

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online purchases are final sale. Customers are encouraged to contact The White Door Bridal before purchasing with questions regarding sizing, measurements, condition, color, fabric, alterations, or additional photographs.

Colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays. These variations do not qualify an item for a refund.

By completing an online purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product description, available photographs, measurements, condition information, shipping details, and this Refund and Final Sale Policy.

ORDER ISSUES

If an incorrect item is received or an item arrives with material damage that was not previously disclosed, please contact The White Door Bridal at hello@thewhitedoorbridal.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the order number and clear photographs of:

• The item and reported issue
• The shipping box and packaging
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage to the package

The customer must retain all original packaging while the matter is reviewed. Items may not be worn, altered, cleaned, repaired, or returned without written authorization from The White Door Bridal.

Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund. We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, insurance assistance, or a refund when required by applicable law.

SHIPPING DELAYS AND UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

Production and delivery dates for made-to-order merchandise are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Designer production schedules, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship an online order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notices, cancellation options, or refunds required by applicable law. If The White Door Bridal is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will receive a refund for the unavailable merchandise and any applicable charges required by law.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or signing a purchase agreement, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Refund and Final Sale Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
